Route 81 is a numbered State Highway running 7.8 miles in Rhode Island.

- Note: This State highway is one of four (RI 77, RI 81, RI 177 and RI 179) whose Rhode Island sections only serve the Tiverton/Little Compton area.
Route 81 takes the following route through the State:
- Little Compton: 0.5 miles: Route 179 to Tiverton town line
- Crandall Road
- Tiverton: 7.3 miles; Little Compton town line to Massachusetts State line at Route 81
- Crandall Road, Stafford Road and William S. Canning Boulevard
