Route 33 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Rhode Island.
Route 33 takes the following route through the State:
- Coventry: 2.1 miles; Route 3 to West Warwick town line
- Sandy Bottom Road and Washington Street
- West Warwick: 4.2 miles; Coventry town line to Cranston city line
- Washington Street, [Roberts Street, Legion Way] (Washington Street, Main Street) and Providence Street
- Cranston: 0.3 miles; West Warwick town line to Route 2
- New London Avenue

Route 33 (except for Sandy Bottom Road in Coventry) is the old alignment of Route 3 and Route 1A.

Route 33, from the split with New London Avenue in Cranston to the Pawtuxet River, runs on the Warwick/West Warwick town line. Route 33 Northbound runs in Warwick and Route 33 Southbound runs in West Warwick.
Route 33 ends at Route 2 at the Meshanticut Interchange.
