The Rhode Island Federation of Teachers and Health Professionals (RIFTHP) is a statewide federation labor unions in the state of Rhode Island in the United States.

RIFTHIP is a federation of local unions that represent teachers and educational workers, state and municipal employees, health care workers, and higher education faculty and workers. It is an affiliate of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and the AFL-CIO.

In 2007, the federation's president was Marcia Reback.

The RIFTHP has two publications called the Smith Hill Report and The Federationalist. The Smith Hill Report is published weekly by the RIFTHP while the Rhode Island General Assembly is in session. The Federationist is published by the RIFTHP on a quarterly basis. Both are released on the web for viewing in pdf format and an archive of past documents are all kept at the RIFTHP's official website.
