[edit] License tagging for Image:FosterWinans 1a.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:FosterWinans 1a.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 21:08, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

As for the note above, you should specify the exact copyright nature of the picture you uploaded so that Wikipedia can safely use it. - Skysmith 12:41, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Added back Cox quote
RF - If you are who you say you are, then you have a conflict of interest, see WP:COI. The quote looks relevant to me - it documents from a reliable source (the head of a law enforcement agency) the 59 counts, the conviction, and the meaning of the conviction. Under WP:BLP you (apparently) have some special rights. Please check out these two policies. Smallbones 21:16, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Friend - As a writer, I found the positioning odd, and the content seems to be an opinion as opposed to a mere recitation of facts. In any case, I am who I say I am, have disclosed that, and my interest is in accuracy, which began when I discovered my name spelled incorrectly on Wikipedia. Is it a conflict of interest to strive for accuracy? I am Foster Winans.
