Template for proposed merger of SSP/RFCU

where letter is the usual A - G required for a checkuser request (see User:FT2/CU 2/Guidelines), and status is as directed by that page, one of:

• <Absent> or None -- initial request by a user
• Self endorse -- request made by a clerk or admin (does not need further review to have CheckUser attention)
• Endorse -- Case endorsed by a clerk or patrolling admin as suitable for CheckUser attention
• Decline -- declined by a clerk or patrolling admin as unsuitable, or by a Checkuser upon review
• Checked -- has been accepted by a CheckUser and comments based upon technical evidence from the CheckUser tool are given.

Absent/None adds the case to Category:SSP requests for pre-CheckUser review; endorsement by a clerk or administrator adds the case to Category:SSP cases awaiting CheckUser. For this template, "self endorse/self endorsed/self-endorse/self-endorsed" are treated identically, but "self endorse" is the preferred form.
