Reza Hassanzadeh (born 1973 in Tabriz, Iran) was an Iranian football player who played for Mashin Sazi F.C., F.C. Aboomoslem, Sepahan F.C. and Teraktor Sazi F.C..

Hassanzadeh went into a coma after a brain haemorrhage he sustained in a car accident on Assalouyeh-Bushehr Road, he subsequently died on May 14, 2006. Hassanzadeh left behind a wife and a four year old daughter, Gol-Yas Hassanzadeh.
