Reza Ghoochannejhad (born September 20, 1987 in Mashhad, Iran) is an Iranian-Dutch footballer for SC Heerenveen. He also plays for the Netherlands U-19 team.

On January 28, 2007 he signed a 6-month loan deal with Go Ahead Eagles in the Dutch Eerste Divisie.
