Reza Ahadi, born 30 November 1962 in Tehran) is a retired Iranian footballer.

Ahadi played for Iranian club Esteghlal FC for most of his career, and also appeared with Rot Weiss Essen in Germany. He was a member of the Iran national football team from 1982-1989.
