This article was created by forking text that had been removed from Revivalism, where it had been tagged as having an inappropriate tone. It did not fit well there, but despite its tone, I was reluctant that it should be lost. I have therefore made it part of this new article. I am unable to verfy part of it, but have cited a source which is available to me. Peterkingiron 11:28, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
