THE MEANING OF RETROFIT IS TO BRING THE PRODUCT OR CONSTRUCTION UP TO "UNION STANDARDS" AS FOR THE HEALTH, SAFTEY,AND DURABILITY FOR ALL THE PEOPLE USING SUCH.
