If this was done from 1935 on, and the Principal Triangulation had been performed between 1783 and 1853, then what where the cartographersdoing surveying a hill/mountain in Wales as the main plot line in the 1995 Hugh Grant movie The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain. imdb plot summary. Yes I know that it's only a movie, but I assume that there was probably some reason for surveying Wales at that time. BlankVerse 11:36, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
