[edit] Quakers on the Restauration

I've been reviewing some of the sources on the sloopers (among them Lovoll's book, Vivacious Daughter, and an article in Norwegian-American Studies), and it isn't altogether clear how many were Quakers. It is clear that many had Quaker sympathies and interests, and even more were Haugians in one way or another; but it might not be entirely accurate to say that this was a Quaker group. --Leifern 12:48, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
