| Description |
A pile of residential and commercial garbage at the side of the road in a subdivision under development. The subdivision is North of Toronto in the community of Maple between Major Mackenzie Dr, Rutherford Dr, Dufferin St and Keele St. Lands which are in the process of development or soon to be developed are often chosen as a dump site for otherwise hard to dispose of waste which requires special treatment. Road access coupled with limited surveillance often provides the perfect opportunity for this form of illegal dumping which often goes unpunished and leaves others such as the community or developer to properly dispose of the waste. |
