There is currently a huge duplication between the Category:Research methods and Category:Evaluation methods.

Can someone explain the difference between the two categories, and what sort of articles should be in each one. Is it necessary to have two separate considering the amount of articles that appear in both cateogries. Could they be combined to Category:Research and evaluation methods ?
