[edit] I am disruptive?

(I've posted this to User_talk:Dmcdevit before, but found that it would fit here as well.)

  • The proposed findings of fact states that User:Raphael1/Consequences of enforcing results of polls in February has no encyclopedic value and I agree to that. But WP:USER does not suggest, that only encyclopedic material is allowed in user space:
Another use is to let people know about your activities on Wikipedia, and your opinions about Wikipedia. So you might include current plans, a journal of recent activities on Wikipedia, and your (constructive) opinions on how certain Wikipedia articles or policies should be changed.
  • Where could I've learned, that posting ideas of a indef-banned editor is a case of disruption? Is it a case of disruption too, when I post ideas of someone who never had a Wikipedia account?
