[edit] Advocacy
Since writing his first line of evidence, PalestineRemembered has accepted an offer from me to advocate for him. I genuinely believe that once I've had a chance to explain the process to PR, that he will be more willing to take part in it, and see this as a positive process. Until then, I'd like to strike his comment until he has a chance to review my latest email.
On a procedural note, as PR's advocate, should I have my own evidence section, or would the arbitrators prefer if I used PR's section (with my own sig)? Mark Chovain 23:37, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Allegations?
I'd like to note that no specific policy-backed allegations have yet been levelled against PR beyond that which has been well and truly debunked already (the "holocausts denial" accusation). PR is quite rightly concerned that he does not even know what he's being accused of. What are the allegations? Jayjg's statement makes the following claims:
- PR has been blocked for 4 out of 7 months.
- PR is a single purpose account
- PR misrepresented a source
- At least 21 editors agreed with Jayjg's proposed indef ban as posted on CSN.
Which of these points is PR defending against? It's not fair to expect PR to defend against vague accusations. Concrete accusations must be levelled before PR can be expected to provide counter-evidence. Mark Chovain 04:53, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fixed link
I fixed a link to the now-archived WP:CSN deletion discussion in Durova's evidence statement.[1] If this was unwanted, feel free to revert. 75.62.6.237 00:35, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
