User Kaomso had a tendency to copy/paste his edit summaries, which those two IP addresses did, as well. I'm not accusing him of being a sock puppet, but, given Kaomso's habit of copy/pasting edit summaries, I'm suspicious about those IP addresses, especially the latter one. Those two IP addresses made identical edits to Kaomso and used identical edit summaries. Those IPs haven't showed up lately, though. Butterfly0fdoom (talk) 08:39, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
