The check was performed at the request of Ambi to assist in the DarrenRay and 2006BC Arbitration case. All the listed sockpuppets were blocked indefinately.

Additional review by Kelly Martin and David Gerard revealed that 2006BC (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) was indeed a second user, and that one or more of the sockpuppets was being operated by 2006BC. The difficulty in interpreting the check resulted from the deceptive nature of the conduct being performed: DarrenRay and 2006BC were working in tandem, including from the same locations (hence, the same IP), to disrupt Wikipedia. With the entry of David and Kelly, I deferred to their greater experience in interpreting results, and have not been further involved in the case. Essjay (Talk) 12:38, April 5, 2006 (UTC)
