Willie Peter is a suspected meatpuppet of one of the two users. The issue is a 3rr violation to insert material that allegedly violates BLP.
Insertion of the material by Willie Peter: [1] [2]
Crockspot's reverts were actually days before Willie Peter's, but I think the BLP issue and the fact that the reverts surrounded an edit summary by Jayjg of "removed again; next time I'll take sterner action" warrants a checkuser to establish whether this is a meatpuppet created to avoid that sterner action (incidentally, the page was protected).
