I believe that the IP is a sockpuppet of User:Bitola to evate the 3RR on Bitola (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs). Bitola has stated that he lives in the FYROM and that is where that IP originates. I think it is obvious that they are the same person, but I'd like to be sure so that I can report him for a 3RR violation. --Latinus 23:14, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
