Tim is a fair and constructive member of Wikipedia. I first came across the user when he changed an article that was completely out of line.

He researched the institution and made a completely new article on it, one that was fair and full of relevant information. It is actions like this that will preserve the reputation of Wikipedia.

Someone willing to spend time ensuring the accuracy of information across the board on the site in my opinion is the perfect administrator.

I highly recommend he be appointed an administrator.
