Reox is a spin-off of Dairygold Co-Op set up in May 2006. Reox consists of Consumer Foods, DIY and Property. In addition, Reox Holdings plc has a large investment in the SWS group. On 22nd December 2006 SWS sold its non-agricultural businesses to Ion Equity for €110 million.In recent months an unsolicitoed approach for the Breeo company happened, totted at €170 million to Kerry Co-Op. This has casued concern in the shareholders of the company
