Renee Powell (born in Ohio on 4 May 1946) is an American golfer who played on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour and is currently head professional at her family's Clearview Golf Club. She was only the second African-American to become a member of the world's leading women's golf tour. She is a member of the Ohio Golf Hall of Fame.

Renee began playing golf at age three. Her father, William J. Powell, is the only African-American to design, build, own and operate a golf course in the United States.

Renee competed in more than 250 tournaments and won the Kelly Springfield open in Brisbane, Australia.
