[edit] Career
Queiros started his career as local club Amarante FC after a great season with Amarante, FC Felgueiras bought him, but he only made 6 appearances with no goals and was shortly loaned out to FC Lixa where he had a terrific season scoring 10 goals in 27 games. He returned to FC Felgueiras, but made only 3 appearances and was loaned out again to FC Lixa. He had another good season with FC Lixa, before he could not get the form he needed. After the loan he went back to FC Felgueiras before in the transfer season AD Sanjoanense bought him. After a mediocre first season with AD Sanjoanense, scoring 8 goals in 30 games, he had a sensational season in the 2001/02 season, scoring 20 goals in 35 games, which was an impressive record. Also in the Portuguese Cup in that season he scored 6 goals in 5 games for AD Sanjoanense capping off a fantastic season. After that great season loads of top flight Portuguese clubs were interested but F.C. Paços de Ferreira bought him and in 2 seasons he scored 12 goals in 49 appearances but that was not good enough so he was loaned out to União D. de Leiria but did not make an impact and came back to F.C. Paços de Ferreira in 2005 and ever since has been one of the main strikers.
