The entirety of copyrighted work is being used to illustrate the developer and architect's design of the building, the main subject of the Trump International Hotel and Tower (Toronto) article. This image could be replaced by a free image, but because the design itself of the building is copyrighted by the architect and developer, the rendering would have to be drawn from this image or from a consultation with the architect directly.
