[edit] References

This article is in need of some sources. I'm particularly concerned about the definition of the term — albums consisting entirely of alternate versions of previously released material are usually just called compilation albums. I've only heard the term applied to things like 'dance versions' or 'dub' albums. (Ibaranoff24 01:41, 10 October 2007 (UTC))

[edit] Track-by-track remixes

Is this article referring to the track-by-track remix of a previous album (Silent Alarm Remixed by Bloc Party, Guerolito by Beck, Do You Trust Your Friends? by Stars, etc.) or a compilation of remixes of previous tracks?
