Remote Control Productions
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Remote Control Productions is a film music company run by veteran composer Hans Zimmer. Originally known as "Media Ventures"[1], the company changed its name after Zimmer's longtime business partner, Jay Rifkin, filed a $10 million suit against him on December 2003 for conspiring to take business for himself.
Remote Control Productions has been responsible for the scores for a number of successful films including the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy, Gladiator, Mission: Impossible II, The Last Samurai, Batman Begins, Transformers and The Da Vinci Code.
