Religion in El Salvador

There is diversity of religious and ethnic groups in El Salvador. Majority of population are Christians, mostly Roman Catholics, while Protestantism is growing rapidly and is already representing more than 20% of the population.[1] Anglican, Presbyterian, Methodist and Seventh-Day Adventist[2] churches are all growing rapidly, as are Pentecostals.

Other religions are present as well - Islam, Judaism, Mormonism and Jehovah Witnesses.
