Relief Air Transport is an airline that was created specifically to transport humanitarian aid from Kenya to the Sudan, Rwanda, Zaire, Somalia and other countries in Africa for the United Nations and NGOs. These missions were flown from two main bases in Kenya. The head quarters and heavy maintenance base was in Nairobi and the forward operating base was in Lokichoggio.
The airline operated C-46 Curtis Commandos and Cessna Grand Caravans. The airline was in operation from 1993 to 1995.
The Managing Director of Relief Air Transport was Todd Lamb.
