Rei Hino, as drawn by Naoko Takeuchi for a special Sailor Moon manga entitled Casablanca Memories, included in Volume 11 of the original manga release. Will be used to illustrate the character. This image was found at Manga Style!.

it is a low-resolution scan from a Sailor Moon art book;
