[edit] Regional Television → Regional television
I did originally create the page through my User pages, so I could create a draft and add more info when needed. However, I had problems when I finished the article and moved it to the site proper, it was still linking to the User page. I then moved the page again, creating the two pages. Also, there was an television station with an company name "Regional Television" and this would imply that the article is about that station, instead of the entire industy. - As I understand it, you have an original article Regional Television which was originally created under User:BigDan/Regional television and then moved to where it is. You then pasted in a copy of the text in a new article Regional television, which hasn't been edited since. You want the article at Regional television to be replaced with the original with all its editing history intact. - Why does "regional television" automatically link to regional television in Australia? Regional programming exists in Germany, France, across the US, the UK... amongst hundreds of others!--Luke w 19:54, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

Not sure who wrote this: "If NBN were to take the Nine affiliation, for example, their two relays would offer programs from the Seven and Ten networks, direct from Sydney" but there is no evidence that this would be the case at all under the multi-channel proposal from the regional operators. Yes, a station like NBN would offer a second and third signal, but there is no indication that the signals would operate pure relayed network feeds. In fact, the regionals proposed that the 3 stations would offer complementary programming rather than competitive. So for instance, you wouldn't have dramas competing with other dramas, etc., as often happens in competitive markets. The programming was to be structured in a way that viewers got the maximum choice of genres available in any given timeslot. There was not necessarily any correlation between each signal and a network affiliation, as the one local operator would own all three channels Andjb (talk) 07:11, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
