Regional Facilitating Agency is a system developed by the World Bank and the Government of Tanzania to ensure quality assurance to the granting of donor funds to HIV/Aids projects. Each Region of Tanzania has an RFA for the sole purpose of acting as a medium of which the public sector (local & central governments) can be linked with community based programs with the goal of providing trainings and distribution of grants/donor funds at the community level.
