Fair use for Regine Velasquez Poster claimed because:
It is a low-res image, and could not be reasonably printed to substitute for the real poster. It serves to illustrate an important event and it is used in the Regine Velasquez article, so it pertains to the subject matter. This inclusion of the poster strengthens the article by providing a visual proof of the following:
1. The name of the event.
2. The person/people involved in the event.
3. The date and venue of the said event.
The picture also shows you how the performer has changed over the years. They give you a better idea of what the article discusses.

The use of the poster will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the concert. It illustrates educational articles about the concert from which the poster illustration was taken.
