You can use this template with no parameters, and it will output the following basic book citation:

Bishop, Chris (ed.) 1998, The Encyclopedia of Weapons of World War II, Barnes & Noble, New York. ISBN 0-7607-1022-8.

Optional parameters are available, describing specific entry and page number. These have been added in support of more robust citation.

for example (these page numbers are not valid),

{{Ref WW2|The Hawker Hurricane|128-129}}

produces: ‘The Hawker Hurricane’ 1998, in C Bishop (ed.), The Encyclopedia of Weapons of World War II, Barnes & Noble, New York, p. 128-129. ISBN 0-7607-1022-8.

while

{{Ref WW2|The Hawker Hurricane}}

results in: ‘The Hawker Hurricane’ 1998, in C Bishop (ed.), The Encyclopedia of Weapons of World War II, Barnes & Noble, New York. ISBN 0-7607-1022-8.

please note that only including a page number won't really work properly.
