I deleted Ultimate Improv because at the time, there was no reason to think it was notable. Looking back, I probably shouldn't have deleted it as the page creator had put a "hang on" template on the page. The now-deleted page only said that it was a notable comedy group, without establish any notability; that it was an improv group that took ideas from the audience, which is obvious from their name; and that JD Walsh created it.
