Redworth is a village in the Borough of Darlington and the ceremonial county of County Durham, England. It is situated between Darlington and Shildon. Currently it is where William Chorba, championship eater, resides in a small motel. It currently houses 190 residents from the latest count in 2000. The name Redworth originates from the word Reed Worth, as the area was a large marsh.
