Redmine is an open source project management web application. Written using Ruby on Rails framework, it is cross-platform and cross-database. Released under GNU General Public License.
Redmine is featuring the support for multiple projects, role-based access control, issue tracking system with a calendar. It has an ability for drawing the Gantt charts. Mantains a wiki and a discussion forum for each project.
It supports Source Code Management protocols such as SVN, CVS, Git, Mercurial, Bazaar and Darcs. Interface is multilingual.
Redmine system uses MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite as database engine.
