Redeemer Baptist School, commonly known as Redeemer, is a private coeducational school in North Parramatta, Sydney, Australia. It was founded in 1981 to serve the purpose of an educational facility for the church members; however, it later expanded to its Parramatta campus to educate both local and overseas students.

The School has two campuses. The main campus in Parramatta specialises for the education of K-12 level students. Contrastingly, the Castle Hill campus focuses on the delivery of Vocational subjects at certificate level.
[edit] North Parramatta
The main campus is located on 9 hectares of parklands in North Parramatta, about 30 km from the centre of Sydney. This campus is bounded by James Ruse Drive, Pennant Hills Road and Masons Drive. The main campus is situated on the heritage grounds of the old Burnside Orphanage. On this campus K-12 students are catered for drawing on a number of state of the art facilities such as the Science and Technology Centre housing 2 science laboratories, food technology facilities, computer laboratory, woodwork facilities and a variety of classrooms. The campus boasts a reputation for its playing fields, swimming pool, music rooms, hall, and grand heritage protected buildings.
[edit] Hills Regional Skills Centre
The predominant building at the Castle Hill campus is Castle Hill House, circa 1844. The Hills Regional Skills Centre is based at the Castle Hill campus and focuses on the delivery of Vocational Education courses at the certificate level. On site facilities include a professional grade kitchen used for the certificates in Hospitality and a fully featured computer laboratory to assist in the delivery of the Information Technology course. On site school owned printing presses are available which are commonly used in the publication of many school documents from school addresses from the principal and professional grade school calendars.

Within the region, Redeemer Baptist School boasts a reputation for sporting achievements. These achievements occur across many sporting disciplines from track, field, soccer and cricket.
- SWISSA Cross Country (South West Independent Schools Sports Association) - The SWISSA Cross Country event hosted by the school in 2006 was one of the largest held in the history of the association. Redeemer made notable achievements winning 3 of the 6 events.
- ASISSA Cross Country (All Suburbs Independent Schools Sports Association) - The ASISSA Cross Country event has a participation of 40 schools. In 2006 Redeemer made the achievement of taking out the winning place in 2 of the 4 girls events.
- Soccer - The school plays an active role in Sydney's school soccer events with active teams from grade 3 to senior level. Over the years the school has achieved many coveted awards and events.
- Swimming - The school has a renowned record as an exceptional participant in swimming events. Representing the school over the years in swimming events include state and national ranked swimmers.
Other sports at the school include: Cricket, Athletics, Softball, Netball and others.

In 2004, a large number of the school's staff left amidst allegations of exploitation and control by the elders of the Redeemer Baptist Church, which runs the school.[1] A series of newspaper reports and TV coverage followed. It received much adverse publicity in the Channel Nine Sunday program on March 20, 2005, titled "Unholy Devotion". [1]
