The Red Beret, as opposed to the Maroon beret is worn by many military police, paramilitary, and commando forces around the world.

- Royal Military Police - Provost branch of the British Army
- Feldjäger - Military Police of the German Bundeswehr wear the red beret but in the Bundeswehr, all support troops wear the red beret.
