A clip of "Red State Update" starring presidential long-shot Mike Gravel is played on Tucker. Fair use to demonstrate both the program in question and its national prominence by showing the press coverage they have received. Does not infringe on the station's rights despite double-copyright (fair use demonstrating a fair use image) due to the extremely limited amount of content shown on screen besides the clip in question. Low resolution, no free media, etc.
