[edit] Talk page link?

Would a link to the talk page be a sound idea, as the template requests review? PoptartKing 20:56, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

It would be a very sound idea. Said: Rursus 09:07, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Template needs improvements

This template should have a talk page link, urging an explanation on:

  • What was the "rewrite" about? How was the article before, and what is it now?
  • What needs attention? Citations missing? Spelling? Writing style and sentences? Facts?

This template should also, when used, ASAP be replaced with something more specific. Said: Rursus 09:02, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Placement

Shouldn't this go on the talk page since it's not a clean-up or content-issue template? -Rocket000 20:47, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

Indeed, it is completely irrelevant to the reader that the article happens to have been revised recently, this template is distracting from the actual article, and it is not a cleanup template. I boldly added a note that this template should only be added to the talk page. Melsaran (talk) 15:05, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
I'm undoing this. It's in the style of article cleanup templates, and it conveys much the same sense as the under construction tag. Chris Cunningham (talk) 12:02, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
