It's spelled « Recceswinth » in the Encyclopædia Britannica, vol. 7, p.328: "Liber Judiciorum". Chicago, 1989.
I propose to rename this article accordingly.

After a month and no opposition, I have proceeded to change the title to Recceswinth.
