Rebecca Charles is a British actress who has played Joy in Jonathan Creek, Karen Bright in Casualty, Rosemary Harwood in Foyle's War, Kitty Sanders in Heartbeat, Rhiannon Heaton in The Bill and she has also been in Gimme Gimme Gimme, The Office, Mrs Brown and The House of Eliott.
