This article obviously needs a lot of attention. I've taken "Other parts of the world" for two reasons. One is that it seems like the United States is the central viewpoint of this article, and the other is that there is nothing written there. This article is extremely interesting and informative, and I think we need to keep and build it. --Bookinvestor (talk) 15:55, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
