I just made a minor edit for grammar reasons. There were weird capitalizations everywhere (and may still be).

We probably need more explanation regarding privity, what it is, why and how it was applied historically, and how it is applied today. This is especially useful because some jurisdictions, like Vermont, still require horizontal privity (contrary to what this article claims). Byutennismenace (talk) 22:55, 1 May 2008 (UTC)byuTM
