Real Things is the fifth studio album recorded by country music artist Joe Nichols. It was released in 2007 on Universal South Records. So far, the album has produced two singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts: "Another Side of You", which peaked at #17, and "It Ain't No Crime", which reached #16.
