Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) is a major business segment of Raytheon. Headquartered in El Segundo, California, SAS has a total employment of 12,000 and 2006 sales of US$ 4.3 billion. Jon Jones is the segment's President.

Key SAS capabilities include:

SAS has significant engineering and manufacturing facilities in El Segundo and in McKinney, Texas; an electronic warfare center in Goleta, California; and a consolidated manufacturing facility in Forest, Mississippi.

SAS is a subcontractor in the development program for the next-generation airborne radar system, the Multi-Platform Radar Technology Insertion Program or MP-RITP.
