Ray Chang

Ray Chang or "Raymond Y. Chang" (born November 2, 1966) is the pastor of Ambassador Church in Buena Park, CA, founder of the AmbassadorNet, and church planting leader with the Evangelical Free Church of America as well as a working member with Diversity Task Force.
