What's the reference for Meastro as producer, and who is Meastro? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Waitingfordresdetox (talkcontribs) 15:56, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

It is produced by Maestro. --Flesh-n-Bone 18:58, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Sources

You people need to read the sources you cite. The current souce that was used is this one. I did not find any release date for this album neither for the track listing. I suggest we should discuss the sources in this talk page before adding it to the article. Tasc0 It's a zero! 23:03, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

The release date was on another source that was sitting in front of the release date. Look @ the rapsearch source: "The disc, which is set to hit shelves on June 17, will be the follow-up to Cube's 2006 release Laugh Now, Cry Later and will be the rapper's ninth solo project." --Flesh-n-Bone (talk·contributions) 13:47, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
And the tracklisting is on reference #6.Lajbi Holla @ me 14:27, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
I can swear that this source [1] has changed, there was no release date for this album yesterday, I even remember a picture of Ice Cube being there.. I wonder why's that.
Regarding the source for track listing, it's empty. Tasc0 It's a zero! 22:57, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Rap-up tends to remove it's articles a few days after publishment (maybe to encourage the sales of the printed version or just it depends on internet country code from which you are accessing). That's why there's an access date after the link provided. So there are at least two of us wikipedians who swear there was an album review with the tracklist. Lajbi Holla @ me 07:40, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
If there's no content, it can't be used as source. Tasc0 It's a zero! 22:12, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
There are hundreads of articles with dead links. Do you wanna delete them all. But I doubt that the rule goes like you said. If a link worked sometime in the past, it could be used as link later, if there's a retrieve date (10 years passes and half of the links at wikipedia will be down, internet works like this). It is the same as with printed newspapers, they are only available for a day/week/month, after you can only buy the next issue. But if someone owns a copy for - let's say - 5 years now, and wants it to use as reference, he/she just indicates, which year/issue it is from, and that's it. And you can't access it since it's unavailable but still relevant. Come on man, use pure logic. I don't want to get an administrator every time you question something. If you get me a WP:THIS / WP:OR THAT, than I'll believe you, but that's the last time I step down. Or start reasoning. "It can't be used...", "I think it's a copyvio..." is not a proof.

And in this very case, I'm 100% sure that the same content can be found on the printed version of Rap-Up. Go on and buy one at the nearest store. If not than trust the info published 3 days ago!! (even if it's not public any more).Lajbi Holla @ me 09:24, 20 April 2008 (UTC)

Yo alle the info about the album is on the official websit www.icecube.com, so what is all this about references and release dates?—Preceding unsigned comment added by Waitingfordresdetox (talkcontribs) 20 April 2008

Lajbi, you can't use something that's empty as a source. It's not my fault they deleted it. You can search a cached version of the web site, that's all I can think of. Tasc0 It's a zero! 22:35, 20 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] another single

There's another track from the album available at dubcnn.com called "it takes a nation"68.164.84.157 (talk) 05:10, 9 May 2008 (UTC)

Thant song leaked and not released as a single. Tasc0 It's a zero! 22:38, 9 May 2008 (UTC)

Maybe not released as a single but it was leaked BY Ice Cube. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.166.188.224 (talk) 03:58, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Still not a proper single. Tasc0 It's a zero! 15:43, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

It was also released on Itunes, like the first single. If not a single, its definitely a song that's going to be on the album and should be included69.3.28.241 (talk) 06:35, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] is june the 17th

... still the release date, his myspace site states august the 19th? Is it not updated or is the album delayed further? // Knarris —Preceding comment was added at 18:11, 19 May 2008 (UTC) As I now see he was last online 5/16/2008, I have to assume it's updated, for now... I'll change it.

MySpace it's not a reliable source. Tasc0 It's a zero! 22:44, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

Thank you for correcting // knarris —Preceding comment was added at 14:31, 20 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Tracklist

Hey the I was sceptic to about the tracklist on [[2]], cuz it didn't had a source. But this tracklist was put on wikipedia way bofore It Takes A Nation and Do Your Thang leaked. This tracklist already guessed 2 tracks right. Isn't this enough to assume this is the real tracklist? Waitingfordresdetox 21:22 may 28 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.155.209.191 (talk) 19:26, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

No. Tasc0 It's a zero! 19:39, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
