Raskelf is a village and civil parish in Hambleton district of North Yorkshire, England. It lies just off the A19 about two miles north-west of Easingwold. St Mary's church is notable as the only church in Yorkshire to have a wooden tower, which dates from medieval times.

Raskelf contains two pubs, the Black Bull and the Three Tuns. The village also it contains a pen used to keep farm animals that ran away and they were stored to keep them safe until there owners arrived.
